Am I the only one that watched HIMYM last night?
OMG - the episode was soooo good!!! I was bawling like a baby - jumping up in the air, hooting and hollering around. DH just looked at me as if I was nuts.
I have some questions about some prior episodes so if you are a HIMYM fan, please let me know!

Well, thank God. I went to lunch with Snowful and was belly aching around about how I have no one to talk to about this.
So, I haven't seen the past few episodes but I read the synoposis online (that is spelled wrong).
In a prior episode that I watched - and I can't remember when - the ending was a cliffhanger but it was foreshadowing a future episode and it was Ted and Marshall sitting in tuxes outside of a wedding reception. Ted was the best man in the wedding - I know now this is probably the wedding of Paunchey's. Do you remember this? I am trying to figure out what we found out from that piece of the show if that makes since...did it show Lilli pregnant? Or was Ted already married?
I remember what you're talking about... but I don't think the wedding in Punchy's. I only think that because Marshall was in a tux, too. I THINK it may be (my theory) Barney and Robin's wedding. Only because at one point (maybe shortly after that episode?) Robin made a big deal about how she wanted Ted to be her best man when she got married. And, because Robin and Barney weren't in that particular scene at the church. Ted wasn't married... I don't think. And, I'm pretty sure Lily wasn't pregnant in that one.

I didn't watch it last night but will tonight. After you saying this I'm very excited to watch it now. I'm really liking this season.
I think the wedding is Robin's (don't know if it's to Barney or not. I would think so) But I keep thinking back and wondering how the mother would have known either Robin or Barney and Ted had not met her before. I don't know just too many questions from me.
I know the bolded clue above is true. I LOVE HIMYM, but I only watch it sporadically (Clueless word, yo!). I do remember this ep, though.
She also has a yellow umbrella.
If she isn't blonde (I did not know this!) then Zoe isn't the mother, I guess? Darn it!!!
I remember seeing the wedding foreshadowing episode and telling the husband that it was Robin and Barney's wedding but I just couldn't remember why I thought that. Then, when I was reading about this season's episodes and it talked about Paunchey asking Ted to be his best man, I figured that was the wedding he was at.
Although, I think at the end of that episode, Lilly came outside, hollered at Ted and said "Robin is ready for the toast now" - I can't remember.
And she has a yellow umbrella. I remembered that from an episode last season.
She was in the class that Ted thought he taught but he was actually in the wrong class.
How could I forget about the umbrella?!
I knew she had to do with Ted and his teaching. I wish there were somewhere that had all the clues they've ever given us listed out. I'd be curious to see what they were...

I looooove HIMYM! I really hope Zoey isn't the mom....Don't get me wrong, I love her, but I feel like when we find out the mother, the show is going to end. So, I'm hoping we don't find out for a long time.
I don't remember a clue about the mother re: hair color, but I do remember the umbrella, she was in the class he accidentally taught on his first day, and she was roommates to (I think) the character played by Rachel Bilson.
another hint about the mother...Ted has his last ciggarette 2 weeks after meeting her!
I'm really not liking the Zoey story line. I just don't like Ted and her together. I watched it about an hour ago. I guess we need to put "spoiler" in the title. I didn't care for the ending too much. I was hoping Lily was going to announce she was pg. I do have to say that I'm glad they had Zoey's character already divorced from her husband. I don't know how I would have felt if they had Ted and Zoey having an affair.
