Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yes, it is. Thanks for asking. He's really enjoying himself. It's driving him nuts though, because the whole system is new to him (and everyone else) and it's making him crazy that he can't just run off and fix things. He went from a position of having ALL the answers to having almost none of the answers. Once his training period is over and he knows what he's doing, I'm sure he'll love it even more.
