Just curious, we haven't gotten ours yet (married 10-23) and our videog hasn't been returning our phone calls/emails for status update.

    I talked to our videographer last month, since he told me it generally takes 3-4 months.  Mine told me he was running a bit behind, but I should have it at the end of this month.  He has been great at keeping in touch and keeping me updated though.  It would bother me if he hadn't been returning my calls/emails.  Hope you hear from yours soon!

    I have talked to mine a few times, I used a cinematographer so I knew that it would take a while for mine to be completed. He told me that it would be done this week but I haven't heard from him yet, I planned to check with him when I get back from Jamaica.

    We haven't received ours yet, but I used a cinematographer so I knew that it would take him quite a while to edit and put the whole thing together. I have been talking to him about once a month and he thought that it would be done this week. I haven't talked to him yet but since we are leaving on Thursday I figured I would just call him when we get back from Jamaica.

    We got married on October 9 and we just got our video back last week... it was great reliving the day :)  and our videographer got some hilarious images (like one of our guy friends doing the Beyonce dance to our bouquet toss -- single ladies)  :P  hahaha

    We were told 4-6 months and since we were married the 30th, I am not even at the 4 month mark yet.  So no, we haven't gotten it back yet and I'm not expecting it until April or May.

    This is good to know - I thought we were behind but apparently we're right on schedule :)

    The videog didn't return emails or phone calls from DH but when I found him on facebook last night and sent him a message he responded almost immediately. go figure. I can't wait to get it, I'm most excited about the fact that he went around to the tables and asked people if they wanted to say anything to DH and I.

    Nope.  We were told it could take around 6 months, so I'm not stressing yet.  I am very anxious to relive the day though.  I checked our videographer's website and it shows he is about 25% done.  Based off of the sneak peek video he did for us, it is going to be amazing!

    We did not get a professional. A neighbor agreed to use his video camera. He gave us the tape just before christmas but it was 8 mm. We took it to be converted to DVD and just got it back this weekend. Like pp we enjoyed reliving the ceremony by watching it. He only did the ceremony and not the reception. Since my mom is too old to come to the wedding it will be nice to share with her. Need to make a copy and send to her for her b'day later this month.
