I suck. I'll start with that.
I let this weekend get the better of me (not as much as I would have liked though!!!!)
I also got my period this week, so I'm heavier because of that. But I also caved to some emotional eating (which is probably why I need WW to begin with) because I truely thought this was going to be the month for J and I to get a little bean started. ![]()
However, on the plus side, I'm still down 5 pounds from 2 weeks ago when I started the program. Have to find the positive!
I tried a new recipe to use up the egg yolks I had left from making a egg white omlet. I found a Egg Yolk Sponge Cake that was only going to be 5 points a serving. However, they should have warned me that it tastes like crap and isn't worth the 5 points! Went right in the garbage. Was NOT worth eating!

i am doing ok--i SUCKED on sunday, i mean, i used all 49 extra bonus points PLUS some...oops. but other than that, i have been doing pretty good. last night i had 4 points left over at the end of the day and i had some chocolate. it said "2 pieces" were 4 points. i think i probably had the equivalent of 3 pieces...but oh well. i am doing really well with portions and not eating desserts at night and making conscious decisions when i do chose to eat. last week i lost 2.6, i would love to lose 2 lbs a week for the first few months, that would feel GREAT! i have weigh in on friday, wll let you know!
i'm sorry about yoru period for both the fact that it sucks (especially when dieting) and that there is no bean this month, but keep trying!

im not doing WW online - ive just been using the WW tools my mom taught me which is what i did before the wedding and lost 20Ibs.
i weighed myself yesterday and ive lost 5Ibs in the past 2 weeks so im thrilled with that!!!
my goal is to lose whatever i can by our anniversary since we'll be back at the outer banks then

I've been doing good except for Sunday. I was sooooo bad on Sunday. Rather than give up after a bad day, like I normally would, I got it together and started off back on the plan on Monday. I also started my period on Monday, so I've felt really crappy this week and unmotivated to work out.
I'm afraid to weigh myself but I'll have to do it on Sunday.
