WW Weekly Check in

How have you been ladies? I'll be weighing in a little while. I'm not too hopefull with the gain the last couple of weeks. I've been trying to think of what the difference has been the first 2 weeks compared to the most recent 2 weeks. Tracking was one, and I was eating a lot more fruit the first couple weeks. I am going to try to eat a lot more fruit this coming week and see if it makes a difference.

I do have a WW friendly recommendation. Costco sells this pre-made Chicken Tortilla Soup that is 3 pts plus per cup. It's just heat and serve. I added some hominy because I love hominy. Great soup when you're in a hurry and want something yummy quickly. 

 

ETA: Lost 3lbs which is pretty much the weight I gained the last two weeks. Total weight loss 5.2.

  • Lost another pound, despite bad eating!  I have a personal trainer now and love her.

    Also, she re-did my body fat %, and I lost 1.5% body fat in a week and a half.  So I'm up 1 pound in muscle.  I've lost 2 inches on my waist as well!  And an inch off my hips.  So excited.  I'm in my next smaller pants today.  So I'm officially almost a 10 again!  YAY!

    I lost .2 of a pound for three pounds total. Meh. I tracked, and used less than half my weeklies and went to the gym for my c25k at least three days. (I'm on week 4 now, so I was doing a lot of jogging.)

    I think part of the problem was that last week I ate more sugary foods and more sodium-filled foods like canned soups and veggies. Also, I had more breads and stuff. Perhaps it was too much of a good thing. 

    Question: Do any of you have a favorite weigh in receptionist? The last two times I weighed in I happened to get the same receptionist. She was really friendly and congratulated me on my losses. This time, I got a different receptionist and she didn't say anything to me when I stepped up and and just put my card on the counter when I was done and started talking to one of the other receptionists. That plus the teensy loss got me pretty down. Would it be weird to just wait for the nice lady from now on?

  • I lost 1.4 and I'm so excited. For the past month the scale has barely moved. I've been working out which makes a huge difference for me. Chiklit ... I have a favorite receptionist and she is usually on the same scale so I use that as my excuse ;) Where do you go to meetings? Do y'all have a favorite to go meal that is satisfying and point friendly? I need something new. Sadly I've been obsessed with lean cuisine cheese pizzas for lunch, with a salad .. Great quick meal.
