Which Nestie was trying to help her DH eat better?
I know this was mentioned in a post recently, but I don't remember which post it was, or which one of you was (like me) trying to help her DH make better food decisions.
He said awhile back that he needed me to hold him accountable & remind him when I see him making bad choices with foods/ portion sizes. I agreed, but lately I wish I hadn't. I'm getting super frustrated by my part in this, and I seem to remember one of you was in the same boat as me. Anybody?

I think it might have been me. I know I have mentioned this before on this board.
We haven't been super good at the eating thing the last two weeks due to him being sick and me being out of town, but we will be back at it this week.
I just feel terrible when I am reminding him what he should and shouldn't eat or when I question hiim about his lunch or having a second helping. But he doesn't have good habits obviously so someone needs to teach him.
