My Wedding Bio
So many choices! There are so many places I would love to go! I think it would be pretty cool to explore Lithuania & Poland.
Wow. That's a tough one. For the last 9 months, my world has revolved around my little girl and this song is all about her. When I see her, I think of this song. It is "Baby Girl" by Will Hoge
http://new.music.yahoo.com/will-hoge/tracks/baby-girl--2046145
Lyrics:
May the sunlight find your face
Even when the rain does fall
And get back on your feet again
Every time you slip and fall
Keep your heart wide open
And always taking in
And even when it's broken
Be strong enough to fix it up again
Oh little baby girl
Sweet little baby girl
I wish I could hold your hand in this great big world
Oh little baby girl
And I hope your hands are steady
And never need to make a fist
And I hope that when you're ready
You get one never ending kiss
And I hope that deep inside of you
There's a sweet eternal song
And I hope the words are pretty
And that you'll always sing along
And I hope your friends are many
And your laughter's always loud
To help you when you're lonely
And pick you up when you're down
I hope your eyes shine bright love
And learn to see the light
Take the time to listen
Decide yourself what's wrong or right
Oh little baby girl
Sweet little baby girl
Be strong in this great big world
Oh little baby girl
I am trying to talk DH into taking a trip while we only have 1 child to lug around. I started looking at a northern European cruise, then decided the logistics might be too complicated. So, then I started looking at France, and decided again, the logistics might be too much... so now I am looking at something closer to home.... Canada, maybe Quebec City and Montreal? Now, I just need to convince DH.
We hope so! Going to get started pretty soon as we are both getting up there in age!
I'm thinking just a dusting, but secretly I am hoping for more. I missed the first 2 snowfalls this year! I am pretty excited about 60's on Friday too
We met on Yahoo Match. So, our first date was our actual first time meeting. We talked a lot online before we actually met IRL.
Our first date was a percussion show at Georgia Tech's Ferst Center. We met in midtown first, and I didn't actually speak to him for the first 5 minutes or so. We arranged to meet at a parking garage in Midtown (sounds shady!) and go from there. I got there first and while I was waiting for him, my best fried called me. She happened to be calling me to ask me to be the Maid of Honor in her wedding. When he pulled up, I couldn't exactly just tell my friend "I have to go!" so I got in his truck and kept talking on the phone to my friend. So, for the first 5 minutes of our date, I completely ignored him
. But, it all worked out! We went to the show at the Ferst Center which was Micky Hart's Global Drum Project, and while it wasn't meant to be funny, we both found it amusing. They actually played old stumps on stage. The whole thing was so bizarre. Afterwards we went to dinner at South City Kitchen, and if I dare admit this, we ended up the Leopard Lounge. We were there late enough that our cars got locked in the parking garage, but lucky enough there was still a way for us to get them out. It was a great first date!
I have no flipping clue, but they love that Sophie! And it's not cheap for a chew toy either!
I'm new to the area....what is Leopard Lounge?
Sounds like you guys really hit it off! Cute!
It's a night club in Midtown that I am probably too old to be visiting
, although probably better than some.

With our last name being Johnson, we wanted something unique, but not crazy. There is a singer that I really like named Aslyn. DH and I talked about it, and he liked the name too. After coming to terms and deciding that I would not be a stalker chick, we went the name Azlyn. We didn't want kids calling her Ass-lynn.. so we though Azlyn was more phonetic. It is actually a derivation of the Irish name Aisling and means a dream or vision.
Hahaha. Well, crap. I thought 2000 posts was silver!? Apparently not!
Well, thank you everyone for helping me get to 2000 posts.
