As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you note or no thank you note?
I am leaving my job to take on a new position at a new company. I have been with my current company for almost 7 years and some of my co-workers are giving me little good bye gifts (which is super sweet). I, of course, have been saying thank you but I am not sure if I should write them thank you notes too. Do you usually write thank you notes for good bye and good luck gifts?

i have never written a thank you letter after receiving a goodbye gift, but i think it's a nice idea. i think saying thank you (which you have done) is sufficient.
