I'm sitting on my couch, watching my kids play, drinking a cup of coffee, and thinking about folding the 5 loads of clean laundry that is sitting on my other couch.
I already fed the kids breakfast and started supper in the crock-pot. Now I'm running out of steam, hence the coffee.
What about you. How is your morning so far?
Re: Whatcha doin' ladies?
Im very lucky both of mine are very good sleepers. I went to bed at 9 pm and slept until 7am. I don't have an excuse to be tired, and yet here I am staring at my coffee cup and watching Rugrats on Nick.
Working, thinking about how much a nice, smooth glass of scotch would help with all the chaos, and hoping that I don't have another complete freakout like yesterday (threw papers, walked out- pretty unlike me, but the boss didn't even remember it happening...). Pretty much counting down the hours until I can go home tonight and get my pilates on, and then the weekend to follow...
Ladies at home, have a cup of coffee and a nap for me!

I have been at work since 7:00 and I so ready for today to be over with. One of the boys woke up screaming around 1:00 this morning. Thought it was then playtime, and wanted a bottle after. Needless to say...I'm tired.
I think I need a vacation. I have been so distracted, so today I am trying hard to make up for it and crank out some files. I need to have good numbers this month or I may be in trouble. Ugh.
I was up early this morning and got some work done which felt good, but then the day took a frustrating turn work wise. Then I hear my husband on the phone and he may need to go to Texas for a few days to help his brother with something. It has to be done, but I am not looking forward to 3 days with the little one by myself while trying to work from home.
Things are looking up, though. We've decided to go out to dinner tonight for the first time since the baby. She's coming with us and I'm looking forward to showing her off at this restaurant where we're 'regulars'. I am also looking forward to having one of their delicious beers!
Yay! Have fun!
