Wanna talk Lindsay Lohan?
Girl is a mess. I think she finally has her sh!t together and appears to be sober after latest stint at Betty Ford. I've been watching her arraignment for taking that necklace. Look on TMZ for the latest updates. My thoughts on her latest circumstances:
1) It's ridiculous they are bring charges against her for stealing the necklace. I think in LA it's reasonable to think she might have believed the necklace was lent to her.
2) How was that necklace worth 2500? It's a gold chain, nothing special imo.
3)She looked great in the white dress she wore to court, but totally inappropriate
4) The judge is not messing around. He was very stern and said you break the law you're in jail period.
5) I'm starting to feel sorry for her. It seems like her most recent stint in rehab worked because she hasn't been seen partying the way she was after other jail and rehab visits. So it kinda sucks she was getting herself together and she gets into trouble over a fugly overpriced necklace.
6) And yes I have a tmz/perezhilton problem

I think she stole the necklace.
All the news* I've seen about the incident indicates that the store has surveillance tapes of her stealing the necklace, and that it was returned by one of her staff people to keep her from being arrested.
And, I don't feel bad for her. I think her multiple trips to rehab and jail prove that she's not serious about staying sober and does not think her actions will have consequences. I think it's a sad situation, but I think she needs to do the time if she did the crime.
Incidentally, I don't think her most recent stay in rehab was working for her either.
