Thoughts on the buffalo chicken stuff... It says 4 breasts, but if I am buying a frozen bag, any idea how much that would correspond to weight wise?

i would see how much a package of regular, fresh chicken weighs at the store when you're there and go based off that. so, if like 3 or 4 breast in the fresh package weights like 2lbs, then put 2lbs worth of frozen in the crockpot.
