As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

my random story for today :)
so, I'm at work and it's about 8am. I'm smooth sailing through my work and I was kind of relieved that I would be all done with my job by the time we opened since I was pulling double duty today.
WOULDNT YOU KNOW
I call my boss to come verify my drawers while I'm getting the deposits ready and the fire alarm goes off. I mean, it's so damn loud you can't even think. Someone is paging something. There were only 8 of us in the building, but we had to go outside. In the FREEEZING cold and all but 4 of us had no coats. We were out there for 20 min. Oh and while we were in my office my boss is throwing money at me to put in the safe and then she's asking me if she should alarm the office. Really lady? If it's a fire.. it's all going down anyway.
Nobody knows what happened.. apparently something faulty in the alarm panel (so I'm making sure I always have a sweatshirt or my fleece with me from now on till that badboy gets fixed). We had 4 firetrucks, the chief, and some other vehicle there. Wouldn't you know as we are all frozen and hugging in a covered carriage corral for warmth that this woman pulls up, sits for awhile in a spot.. and then drives over to us and asks when we will be open. FUH REAL LADY? I laughed. I just laughed because what else do you say?
It was funny because the store manager is all of MAYBE 5 ft tall and all these big burly firemen were coming off the truck with axes and she's SCREAMING that the doors are unlocked.
I have not been able to get warm all day!

yes, I just put the kid to bed so now I am hopping in for a NICE HOT shower.
let's hope tomorrow is less exciting.
They were.. it was very NICE eye candy for the morning.
