So DH and I made a deal that starting yesterday we wouldn't look at our bank account online since we were going to be getting each other our presents for vday...I want to look SOOOOOO bad!! haha I'm so bad at this!!
I don't think it would be as bad except that DH keeps saying "can I just tell you what I got you? no wait nvm I want to wait...no...maybe I'll just tell you" ugh haha. I suck at this game!!

Ha! DH broke down and gave me mine today, since I had such a rough couple of days. I gave him part of his collection of gifts.
I agree though, it's hard when they tempt you!

Kevin got me my birthday present already. I know where he hid it, but he specifically told me not to look! I have to wait til the 21st- So hard!
ugh I know!!! I think DH may have gotten me a kindle...I THINK I thought I would try to be sneaky last night and see if I could get a reaction out of him by saying that maybe we could just wait until my birthday in April or something b/c the money could be better spent on something else...my plan was if he seemed to panic a little then chances were he got me one but then he goes "yeah you're probably right, really what is the point in having one? when are you ever going to read 10 books in a single car ride, and whats the point in having that many books with you if you can just bring the books" then when I said that we didn't have all the books that I would want to read he responds "well the library isn't too far from our house"
darn him! so much for me being sneaky haha.

That is frustrating! We aren't doing gifts this year (just a nice dinner together at home on Sunday night, since we both have classes Monday night!) since we are trying to buy a house - every penny counts!
