Do any of you watch this show on Lifetime?? I used to hate baby shows and now I love them. I'm such a dork.
Anyway. This one woman last night gave birth to a baby with shoulder dysplasia. I had a c/s because they were afraid of this. OMG. I am so glad that I had a c/s after seeing this. The little girl came out with a lopped over arm and she wasn't crying or moving. Gawd. I would have been in hysterics.
It ended up that they worked on her and she was OK.
Re: One Born Every Minute
I watched it and it totally freaked me out- not wise when you're 4+ months PG! I think the little girl (Emma?) was perfectly fine in the end, but she definitely looked not well when they were first attending to her. I was so freaked that something terrible was going to happen, and I can't imagine being those parents! Not sure if I'll be able to watch anymore...
Also, if Kyle acts anything like that ADD dad in the other delivery room, I am going to choke him out with the umbilical cord- that guy was intolerable!

I just set my DVR to record it, and caught one episode on OnDemand.
This is research, right? I'm reading books & taking classes, why not watch drama TV too?
