Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I don't think I ever used a single planning tool on the Knot because they were either stupid or didn't work. I didn't click around much on the Google site but at first glance it looks much more user friendly!
Totally agree. The local message board was the most helpful thing on the knot. The planning tools all sucked.

agreed 100%. they try to do too much and they don't do any of it very well. it's overkill.

I got the Nest magazine for awhile. Now that was a waste of paper and ink...
This exactly. I heard that advertsing on TK was so expensive, hence the lack of vendors you were able to find on there. I don't think I could afford more than a handful of vendors that were on TK. And the nest as a whole is not helpful at all! I have used a couple recipes and that's about it.
