Haha I'll give you 17 more if you can come up with them
I've been feeling really good actually! Since my belly does not seem to be getting very big yet, there are actually times I forget I'm pregnant and try to do something, like squeeze by something, and then it hits me that I am! But I'm feeling good and everything has been pretty normal so far.
I'm due May 1, so under 3 months now. It's crazy how fast the time has gone! My sister just went back to Dubai after visiting for a couple weeks, and it's weird to think that when she visits again we'll have a 2 month old baby.
And we are having a little boy! I was 100% sure it was a girl for some reason but I think a little boy will suit me better:)
Thanks for asking though! I never made a ticker so when I post things about the baby it almost feels secretive or something.
Bring on the blue!! :-) I hope the next 3 months go smoothly and your little guy comes into the world with no problems!
Do you have names picked out yet? I don't want a kid quite yet but I like thinking about names :-)
We have a few names picked out, but we have decided we aren't going to name him until we see him. We both have pretty weird/strong feelings and experiences about people naming/talking about kids that are not born yet so figured we'd alleviate that by not deciding until he's here.
And also, we've gotten some feedback from our initial lists and just really don't want to hear any more negative opinions! My grandma had a very strong reaction to one of our top runners which was really unnecessary and rude, so that clinched the deal for us! She also flat out said "oh yuck" when I explained how we were painting the nursery! But the top runners so far are Samuel Robert and Lucas Andrew:)
People tend to think that you need to know their opinion and that their opinion is always best!
I think your name choices are great. Classic & timeless. :-) My parents went to the hospital thinking I would be "Marissa" but my dad didn't think that fit once I was born so Jennifer it was!
How are you painting the nursery!? I'm curious :-)
Butting in for a moment here....Steph, you should post a baby bump pic!
Congrats on the boy! I had Carly on May 5th, and it was a great time of year to have a newborn!
We did the same thing with naming Carly, we waited until we saw her to name her and it worked perfect! Carly was always our number 1 choice, and when we saw her it really just fit her. I can't explain it, but we just knew her name was Carly!

Ooooooh I LOVE that!!! Tell your grandma she needs to get hip to the times
I love nurseries that don't have every last thing matchy-matchy.
