Background: I've been out of a formal job since December. The past couple of years I have been looking for jobs in a couple of sectors that are established but its difficult to find jobs in the sectors and it requires an extensive search process. So instead of complaining about the lack of a cohesive job board, I decided to just fix it and make one. The job board will launch in March. I am still looking for a full-time job and I plan on keeping a full-time job, the job board will just provide some extra income, its kept me busy the last couple months, and should essentially run itself.
Potential Problem: I left a signature block that contained the job board and title by mistake (I have since taken it off completely from all e-mails) on an e-mail I sent to a recruiter confirming an interview. I had not previously mentioned the project/business in my cover letter or resume. I am worried, and assume, that the recruiter will see it as a red flag and have some questions.
How should I address it?
I only plan on addressing it if the recruiter brings it up in the interview. So far the game plan is to explain it in a couple of short sentences about how I found it difficult to search for jobs in the industry and decided to create a cohesive job board as a side project to facilitate the search for myself and others. Should that suffice? I want to be clear that it will not interfere with my full-time job and that my day job will always come first.

I don't see this as a big deal, and I doubt the recruiter will even bring it up.
If so, I agree with the pp that your explanation is fine.
