BR: T&P for a friend (PIP)
A friend of mine just had twins (B & G - Jackson David & Leah McKenzie) on Monday at 33 weeks.
Mom is doing well, but the babies are very tiny and have to be in the NICU for while. Jackson is 3lbs 7oz and Leah is at 3lbs 9oz. He is on a breathing tube, both need feeding tubes and both are jaundiced.
Just keep them in your T & P's and hope that they get bigger and stronger so they can get out of the NICU soon!
Here's Leah (with Dad's hand):

Oh precious! I'll be praying they get out of NICU happy and healthy asap.
Cute names, too.

Gah I knew I shouldn't have opened that bc I got teary eyed.
I'll be thinking of them and hoping for a speedy exit from NICU.

Oh so tiny. Will absolutely put them in my T&Ps for safe growing and hopefully going home soon.
Wishing the best for them. I bet they'll be just fine though.
My coworker had her baby a couple weeks ago, 6 weeks early. She was due March 11. Her little girl was 4 lbs 11 oz, and stayed in the NICU for 2 weeks. She's home now and doing great! Your friend's twins might need to stay a little longer since they were so small, but I'm sure she'll be bringing them home before too long.
Stand up for something you believe in.
They will all be in my T&P!
My sister had her baby 6 weeks early and because of her size, no one ( not even her or her H) could touch the baby for a few days. So, it's a good sign that the dad was allowed to put his finger in the baby's hand
