As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sigh - Updated
I'm about to go into a phone meeting with my boss to discuss a misunderstanding we have had. Please send nestie vibes that we are able to clear the air and move on professionally. I don't know what to expect wtih her and based on this and some other things I think I'm starting to look elsewhere. Just need everything to appear hunky dory until I have that back up plan in place. I talked to my former boss at this same company and she is going to keep her ears open for anything in her division - she said she would take me back in a heartbeat if there was an opening. Amazing how one person can make or break perception of a company...
**Update** Meeting went well actually. Still doesn't make me want to stay with her division of the company - but I'm relieved that we possibly can still have the illusion that we are a good team until either I can go back to work with my old boss (ideal) or find a new opportunity somewhere else. So maybe I should be grateful for this misunderstanding because if she hadn't made me so miserable this week I probably wouldn't have reached out to my old boss - yet anyway. Now she will be on the lookout for me. Thanks for your nestie vibes!
