  • Thanks for the update, I've been trying to keep an eye on it.

    Agreed, it'll be interesting to see what they're going to do about the election process and whatnot now that he's stepped down. I hope they are able to bring some peace.

  • The only problem now is that their constitution states that elections must be held in 60 days and there are not many groups that are able to run a campaign in that amount of time

  • I'm happy but nervous.  A good friend of mine is Egyptian and with the exception of her dad and siblings and their kids, all of her family still lives in Egypt.  So far, they're fine but I think about them every single day.  
  • Yeah, I'm glad he is gone but I don't think that style government will be, sadly. My high school froend's family just moved back over there 5 years ago and she was planning her spring wedding there, she's changing that now though
