I have all ideas that the flowers are it, save for a card on Monday. We have a tight budget and I know that he got the flowers delivered today because of the lower delivery fees. Maybe that's not romantic, but I certainly am not complaining!

To SIL - Um. Valentine's Day is on Monday. Most restaurants have started their "Valentine's Day Weekend" specials and promotions and menus (and overcharging) today. So there.
If they are the dark melon color they appear to be, I am obsessed with this color. They are still beautiful if they are red, I am just in love with dark melon at the moment.
And I would be more impressed if DH sent flowers today to save money. We are trying to pay off bills and that would show me that he is keeping our bigger goals in mind.

My DH does stuff I never expect like sending flowers early or...
...buying me all new living room furniture (including tables & lamps) and giving me the okay to complete the look with new window coverings! Holy crap!
Now to wait for it to be delivered. I hate this part.
