I'm thankful that there is no snow in the weather forecast for quite some time!!!!!

Re: Thankful Thursday
I'm thankful for the unexpected and unnecessary snow day today. I do believe there is about 1/4" of snow out there on my deck.
I think I'll use this time to get my hair highlighted.

I am thankful that my DH is feeling better on his medication and that I don't think I am going to get it.
I am thankful that my car starts every morning. Even when it's neg. degrees outside.
I am thankful that we are supposed to be out of the negatives and into the 30's this weekend and into next week. Thank God!!!
I am thankful for DH being supportive and loving and knowing just how much I need him.
I am thankful that my NP (nurse practicioner) is thorough and decided to run a blood screen today to check my levels. I will be even more thankful when they confirm what I already know.
I am thankful for the snowday, no matter how stupid, because it makes the stress of today a little smaller, since I can't have rehearsals tonight.
I am thankful that I work for a great place! The administration really cares about their employees. We had a "wellness" breakfast today. Any employee who filled out a survey was invited to the breakfast, they gave us all a gift, and they raffled off prizes as well (Wii + Wii fit; a kindle; bunch of smaller gifts). It's nice to be appreciated!
I am also thankful for awesome coworkers. I am giving a dozen lectures this spring, and was given all the lecture notes and powerpoints from last year to work off of. That has saved me weeks of work. I'll need to tweak them to make them my own... but... YAY!
I am thankful for my friends and family who are so kind and caring.
I'm thankful for Feb. 11, 2004 when I met H. That was a pretty important day apparently.
