Mine is that even though we are going on vaca in April and I didnt want to get KU, I secretly hope that I am (even though I really don't think I am) because then I would be due before the holidays!!! It would make our all inclusive vacation not really worth how much we are paying though since I wouldn't be drinking at all.

We ran out of propane yesterday morning (and they STILL haven't delivered the 200 gallons I ordered four days ago!) and I am going on day #3 without a shower. They better show up soon because my stink is becoming overwhelming.

Thank God for space heaters.

I have 2. My first is that I thought of this last night, and actually thought to myself "wow I actually have a FFFC for tom". The nest is in my head haha. My real one is that I have been sick for a week and a half and I'm on all sorts of meds and have not had an appetite in a while, so I've lost the obligatory few poundss while sick. And even though I know its too thin, I haven't felt this good about myself since the wedding. And secretly wish I could keep the 4-5 lbs off. Even though my clothes are a little baggy. I have issues..

Geez Aly, you lost 4-5 lbs? All that work I did on my diet and I only lost 3.5 on week 1! (Did lose 2% body fat though, and I will NOT gain that back) You need cupcakes I hope you feel better soon

I don't really have a FFFC today, I'm moving right along right now. I work at 5 though so I'm sure I could come up with one by 6

My really terrible, horribly self-involved FFC is that, among other reaons of course, I want peace for Egypt so that I can travel there someday. It's one of my top places I want to see before I die. And I will be living in the ME pretty soon...

Aw, thanks! It is certainly interesting having all of this unfold while we are preparing to move to the region. I have convinced myself that serious instability is KSA is less likely b/c the economic incentives for rebellion are not the same. Not that I wish a lack of democracy on people, but I don't think there is even a remote chance that a transition to free elections in KSA will happen anytime soon.

I am so tired of putting on a fake smile but I am too much of a whimp to tell H how I really feel. I wish I could just take a day to go sit and thing about things but I have way too much to do

Have you thought about writing him a letter? Give it to him and let him read it in front of you? Maybe that would be a good catalyst to a less tearful, more coherent conversation (at least on your end).

That might help. Most of the time things come up, it's over text messages. To my face, H acts like everything is fine. the otherday he told me "What would you do without me? You can't aford things on your own and you can't go live with your mom" I wanted to tell him "Watch me" but I didn't. I think the fact that he acts like everything is fine in person makes it worse. So maybe a letter for him to read in person would help.

I love my son, I truly do, but I just need a break. He has been sickish since Wednesday, grumpy, and just a pill. Today he was wearing big boy underwear and he took a major poop in them, gah it was gross. I'm not at all upset that DH and I are going out without him tomorrow.

And Liz, I agree with Nicole about the letter, that might work to at least start the conversation.

Your crazy life happenings make me laugh! Mostly because I know you never pictured these things happening to you on a Texas ranch!
