Today: I have my 2nd interview for the events job in 30 minutes - half of it is with my current supervisor and the org's president (AWKWARD).
Tonight: going out for fondue with H! He is teaching this afternoon for the first time during his observations, so he wants to either celebrate or drown his "I didn't do well" sorrows (he'll be awesome). Plus I'll be celebrating the conclusion of this interviewing process AND it'll be a Valentine's Day thing! I'm psyched.
Tomorrow: H's cousin is getting married!! I've been looking forward to this wedding since they got engaged. H's family rarely has weddings for as big as it is (everyone is just shy of "engagement age", if that makes any sense) and they're crazy fun people, so it should be great!
Sunday: Hopefully I'm not too hungover and can continue with my Couch to 5k plan. I should probably also do some grocery shopping...BOO

Is it bad that I have no clue? We're so last minute sometimes....
I'm hoping to stay in tonight and do a relaxing wine/game night. As far as the rest of the weekend, no idea! H wanted to do something special for "v-day weekend" but to be honest I'm sort of lazy and would rather just hang out. bah!

We both really want new phone's too! Our contract with Sprint isn't up until April so we're stuuuuuuck.
My contract isn't up until July but with Verizon you can renew and get a new phone earlier than when your contract is officially up, so I'm eligible this week. I've been with them for a decade and didn't know that until this year. Maybe call Sprint and ask them when you can get a new phone?

Tonight: Welcome Home ceremony for the first return flight!
I'm so excited 1) our Soldiers are beginning to come home and 2) this means Shane's flight is that much closer! 
Then after the ceremony I am going to a silent auction.
Tomorrow: Baking treats for a Valentine's party the USO is having. And I am babysitting an adorable 8 month old girl -- she's my baby fix! lol anything to curb baby fever right?
Sunday: REST! Actually I will probably clean and go shopping
I'm going to add my desire for a new phone as well to the list

tonight: i think we're going to lay low and relax at home.
tomorrow: DH has to work 4-11pm. i have plans to do some minor shopping (shh, DH doesn't know). i need a new purse like crazy (i only buy one approx every 2-3 years) and i'd like some new pieces of clothing since nothing i own fits (fattie).
sunday: celebrating valentines day (ice skating & dinner, as i mentioned earlier this week).
sandra: did you decide on a phone yet?! i saw they are getting rid of the new every 2-sucks! that was the one thing verizon did that was cool, too!
what? really? damn...when will you be eligible for upgrades now? or will you just have to buy the phone outright?

Tonight (3rd shift) and Sunday during the day, I will be working at the ambulance. Hopefully tomorrow, we might do something for V-day. Probably dinner and snuggle time... that's if we are feeling better. I've been sick all week and now it looks like he is starting to have what I have. Also on Saturday, I got to get all my things together for the extern interview on Monday and study for my LPN license test on the 21st. Gosh I hate tests/exams...

With the phones, can't help you much with that. I have US Cellular and still have the original Razor. I still works and still like it. I am afraid if I get a new phone, I won't get the cheap monthly rate I've been getting since I was grandfathered in some time ago. As much as I want a new phone too, I like the cheap bill every month better.
i assume it's going to be like the rest of the cell carriers now: you're eligible every 2ish years and you pay the contract price of the phone. though i upgraded DH back in the fall at about 1.5 years and there was no issue. and i think last summer i was eligible to upgrade, but i wasn't even 1 year in to my contract yet. so i'm not sure on the timeline.
i just know that they're ditching the new every 2 because they don't want people getting iphones on the cheap. they've been a carrier not focused on a cellphone, so the new every 2 worked for them. but now that they are a carrier focused on the iphone, they had to get rid of it.
if you're eligible, you can use the new every 2 one last time. which is good!

I think you can still get a new one every 2 years but what happened was they used to give you credits every 2 years for money off phones but now you won't get the credit. You can get a new phone at the cheaper price but you won't have that additional money towards it. That's how I understood it.
Still haven't decided on a phone. Well, I did and it turned into this whole fight-y thing with DH so I'm just going to have to wait a couple weeks I guess and try and figure it out again.

Today: Happy hour drink with friends at 4 (it's never too early to start drinking!) home for dinner and DVR catching up.
Tomorrow: Haircut, community meeting about development plans downtown, lunch with a local nestie/friend, home for awhile to do some work, dinner and concert with H at the venue where we got married and (surprise!) he booked us a hotel room there for the night. Also, my sis is driving in late and will stay at our house with the dogs
Sunday: Hanging out with my sis and I have a meeting at 11 am for a competition. Hopefully just having some fun girl time.

right, they're taking away the $100 credit. but it makes their plan no different than any other carrier now. i can upgrade to a new phone and as long as i'm eligible to upgrade i just pay the contract price. verizon roped me in for years because i kept taking their $100 for a new phone, so i'm well aware how the new every 2 works.
why would you and your DH fight over a phone?
Tonight: I made pizza and we're just chilling at home.
Tomorrow: DH has to work 7am-7pm, so I get to have a "me day". I can't freaking wait! I think we'll be staying in tomorrow night too, but maybe I can convince DH to go to a movie. Speaking of movies, The King's Speech is amazeballs and you should go see it. Colin Firth is effing brilliant.
Sunday: I think I'm going to surprise DH with pancakes and bacon for breakfast and we're going to go ice skating in the afternoon. I hope I don't fall on my bum and bruise my dignity!

Last night: SIL and her BF (the ones that went on vacation with us) just told everyone last night that they got keys to an appt! SIL is finally moving out of the IL's house (except for one semester when she lived with me).
we went over to visit, and the appt is beautiful. brand new kitchen with a dishwasher, and its in an old victorian house in the center of town next to the library. it's right around the corner from our old appt, and it made me miss it!
today: who knows, grocery shopping and cleaning...the same old crap.
really, we have no plans this whole weekend.
