Salon recs.
Sorry...I know it's been asked a million times before.
Can you recommend your salon or hairdresser? The lady who did mine has changed career fields and I need a change. I'm thinking about going darker to minimize the time/cost of getting highlights all the time. I'm nervous about it because it's been really blonde for a long time (pretty much forever) so I want someone good. I'm in RR but I'd be willing to drive wherever pretty much. I also don't really want to spend a fortune.
