i WANT to hate it...

i love that my husband cooks SOOOO good! there are so many meals that he's made that i've turned my nose up to when he tells me what he's making.....and then when i eat it -MMMMMMMMMMMM!!! I want to hate it, but it's so good!

that's what happened tonight for our valentines day dinner! he made a ham/broccoli pot pie. it was so good!

Re: i WANT to hate it...

  • My husband knows how to cook baked ravioli, and frozen pizza...LOL.

I loooooove pot pie, it sounds amazing!  You are one lucky girl :)

  • I wish mine cooked, but his cooking is going through the drive thru or calling for pizza :)

That pot pie does sound amazing.

It is true that some things that you think would not taste good do. I was like that with salmon, but once I tasted it I liked it.

  • yeah..i would've thought twice about ham/broccoli pot pie too. the name doesn't sound too tasty. I'm glad it was great!

And yes, you must know how lucky you are to have a hubby that cooks for you! mine takes over grilling (and even then, I usually season/marinade anything he's grilling), but other than that I'm usually on my own. :)

  • My DH is getting better at trying to cook (he made homemade guacamole for the superbowl), but I'm jealous of your DH and his culinary expertise!!
