SO Friday night I was going ot pick up my friend. It was like 5:30, daylight during rush hour. I pull dow the side street that leads to her house and I stop to let a car go (all the snow makes ever road 1 lane). I see 2 girls and 1 boy about 16 standing on a snow bank. As I start to go, the boy steps out in front of my car. Here I am thinkg "stupid teenagers be stupid" until I realize that he has a gun. OH. So I start to speed up to get past him. He's yelling "pull over b**ch" and as I pass him I look in my rearview to see he is chasing me and pointing the gun at my car. So I am ducking and trying to drive. As soon as I was out of sight I called 911 but I was terrified because was right up the street from my friends house and I was worried they would follow me. People are just CRAZY. I found the quiestions the 911 operater asked humorous. Her: What was he wearing me: he had a gun. her: what were the girls wearing me: he had a gun her: what kind of gun was it me: a gun I always thought I was more observant but all you can concentrate on is the gun. Today I am laughing about it. It's kind of crazy. Maybe I am still in shock
Re: This weekend..WOW
Thank GOD you weren't hurt. (we're you in Springfield? Those kids and their guns these days, always running rampant.)
Seriously though, if I called 911 I would have responded with the same answers. That's scary.

I'm glad you're ok, and that it didn't end badly. Hopefully they find them!

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermoh my god!! I about pee'd myself just reading this! I'm sooooo glad you are okay!!!
I did start to laugh out loud when I read your conversation with the 911 operator! I'm pretty sure I would have done the same thing.
Jesus. Thank God you're okay!
With this country being so sue happy, I think if you had ran him over you would've been sued (seeing as a robber can break into a house, hurt himself, and successfully sue the homeowner....those situations).
Your 911 call did make me laugh, though
This. What a frightening thing. I'm sure your adrenaline was UP after all that!
