Re: Sunday baking/cooking
We had friends over for dinner yesterday and I made a few things: These scallops were yummy but don't put too much sauce in the pan or they won't caramelize properly. This lasagna is good, especially the spicy sauce. I made it half veggie for me. Next time I think I'll reduce the sauce less - I like my lasagna with more liquidy sauce that you have to sop up with bread. Then we had this flourless chocolate cake. I've made it before and I love it.
This morning, I made Alton Brown's French toast and it was delicious as always.
Ooohh...those sound super good. I'm going to add those to our menu soon.
