    I ate like crap, but I worked out 3 times last week - so I managed to lose weight.  I was honestly really surprised that I lost at all.  So far I lost 9 lbs total!!  YAY!!

    Any plans to avoid eating Valentine candy?  we celebrated vday last night with lots of eating so today I'm taking it easy.  I brought vegetable soup for lunch and will try to avoid the junk that everyone's bringing in to work.  I told hubby not to buy me a box of chocolate!  just a (fat-free) card!!!!! 

    What are your goals for this week?  no junk food all week, stay within my 29 points per day!  exercise 3x this week!
  • How did everyone do last week?  Feeling good about how you worked out/ate? Well, I didn't necessarily eat the best, but not the worst at all. I worked out 4 times last week plus a volleyball game. And, I started off yesterday with an hour and a half workout. I am getting back on the Couch to 5K plan (app for android that makes it really easy). Plus, I am down 5 lbs so far...and for not really trying very hard, I am happy with this!

    Any plans to avoid eating Valentine candy? None at all. Haha, no, I will try to limit myself to one or two pieces per day! : ) And try to only get dark chocolate.

    What are your goals for this week? I really want to work out atleast four more times this week. And, I also want to do a little bit better on eating.

  • How did everyone do last week?  Feeling good about how you worked out/ate? I feel pretty good about last week. I got in 2 extra workouts and ate pretty well (minus the brownies I made Friday night and can't seem to avoid - oops!)

    Any plans to avoid eating Valentine candy? i have precisely one lollipop and no other candy around. I'm pretty sure DH wouldn't get me any since he knows I want to avoid it! Now, the girl scout cookies that just arrived, that's a different story...

    What are your goals for this week? I'd like to continue working out the additional day like I did last week, but I really hurt my back yesterday so I'm not sure how that's going to go. Gonna try to go to kickboxing tonight and see how I feel :(

    Not good at all!  I didn't work out one single day and I my eating went down hill with the weather!

    Any plans to avoid eating Valentine candy? Thankfully I work where it's only me and my boss so I don't have to worry about other bringing anything in!

    What are your goals for this week? Work out like a feign!!  I started the P90X workouts back up so hopefully I can do as much of those as possible.  Get back to eating smaller portions and healthier!

    Woohoo!  Hope you are enjoying P90X, it works you so hard, but I always felt so great after every workout!

    I have been doing better at maintaining than I thought I would!  I've been eating fairly well and have been exercising fairly normally.  I guess my biggest goal is to exercise more in the morning - i.e. getting out of bed earlier!

  • I thought I did ok but couldn't weigh in because our stupid scale broke after only a month and a half.  BBB took it back with no problems, and I got another one (the same kind, Homedics, even though I really wanted the WW one but they didn't have any in stock).  I just put in my weight from last week like I didn't change.

    No valentine candy - my loved ones know better!  :)

    ETA:  My goal this week is to be better about eating the skin on my apples. I know all the nutrients are there, so I know I should eat it.....and the fact that I don't want to stop what I'm doing to peel it helps!  :)
