What are you cooking tonight?
Like the amazing wife that I am..lol.. I haven't planned dinner at all for this evening. Mike is all for going out but L is still sick, I feel kinda crappy so dinner at home sounds amazing.
So what are you cooking?? I need some more inspiration. I swear this cold has zapped every ounce of creativity that I once had.

Well unfortunately, I wasn't able to the prep work for the dinner I wanted to do, so we'll either have it tomorrow night or Wednesday. My plan is caesar salad (with a homemade dressing that Alicia posted last Thursday), Cheeky's Creamy Campanelle , and Red Velvet Cheesecakes (also posted by Alicia!) provided I can find the chocolate wafer cookies!
As for tonight, I have no idea but probably some sort of take out.

We have steak in the fridge, probably will make with roasted or steamed broccoli. Not a special dinner, as we really don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Just dinner @ ASF's house.
i am doing something really special.( i am not really.)
chicken cutlets , broccoli, corn and mashed potatoes. maybe a salad if i want to get crazy lol!
