I have the sweetest husband ever
I know I said we don't do Valentine's Day -- and we don't -- but I woke up this morning to find photos of the two of us EVERYWHERE, along with some pictures of me & Owen amongst Owen's stuff, two framed photos (one of the three of us and one of Owen in the yard), a heart-shaped box full of miniature reese's cups (oh i love those), and a big heart valentine made (okay, colored) by Owen that says "I love you Mommy". I wasn't expecting a thing, and I haven't done a thing for him; I've been too caught up in baby "to do's".
I am overwhelmed with love.

Way to go Nate! I, on the other hand, want to murder my husband. He consistently uses doors to the house and never locks them when he is done. One day someone is going to come and steal all our belongings (without actually having to break in) and we will have no money to replace it all.
Seriously, I am making signs and putting them on all the doors, which annoys me even more because I am not his mother and he should be responsible enough to do things on his own.

Definitely doing that. I'm going to make a pork roast and stuffed mushrooms for dinner, and Owen and I are going to make either shortbread or sugar cookies using our alphabet cookie cutters so we can spell out "I love Daddy" and decorate them. (I forgot that my sister borrowed my heart-shaped cookie cutter, so I may have to make one.)
