Anyone have a small "travel" flat iron?

I'm pretty sure I'll have my hair curly most of the week we're on vacation, but I'm thinking I might want it straight a couple nights.  I have a travel hair dryer, but I don't really want to lug my full straightener if I don't have to.

I saw a cheap $20 one at Target, but if anyone has recs for one.

Re: Anyone have a small "travel" flat iron?

  • I need to get one too because I have super wavy hair and I hate lugging mine around. I might buy one and if I don't like it take it back.

  • I bought a cheapie travel one and it's crap. It depends on your hair type, because my sis was able to use it fine on her finer hair. However, I have TONS of hair that's naturally wavy. By the time I would get one half straightened, it would be wavy by the time I was done with the other side. I've started just taking a large, round brush with me and blowing my hair out with it so it lays smoothly.
