I would have to be a little biased and say Brandon/Riverview or the Wesley chapel area. It all depends on what you are looking for and where your job will be.

I have lived in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Gainesville, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
Tampa is by far my favorite. I think the people are nice and there are tons of things to do for both young people and families. I think the south Florida area overall is not that great, to me it always seems the people are friendlier in central Florida. Also the cost of living is a lot higher in Miami and south Florida. I have heard good things about Naples and Bonita Springs, and I also really like the suburbs of Orlando like Winter Park and the Lake Mary area.

I have lived in Orlando most of my life and I currently live in Texas. I don't definitely don't recommend moving to Texas but I really like the Orlando area. If you are interested in Orlando check out Windermere, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, Lake Mary, College Park or anywhere in the Downtown area (besides Paramore, which is the projects!).
Also, Clermont is a very nice town which is right outside Orlando and is growing like crazy. My brother recently bought a house out there (which was much cheaper than buying inside Orlando) and it's not too far of a drive for him to work in Orlando.
