Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. First weight loss goal - 40lbs... DONE! Second weight loss goal - 17lbs...

d: supposed to have vegetarian chili, but we may go out to eat. I have been home for 3 days now and I am going a little crazy.
B - frosted shredded wheat with soy milk, waffle with pb and syrup
L - shrimp fried rice, stir fried broccoli and onions, a few chocolate candies
D - red beans and rice, small side of smoked sausage with dijon mustard, blackberries
Des - making hot fudge sauce, so will probably have a sundae with Hubs. This is our Valentine's Day treat to ourselves.
E - none worth mentioning.
