anybody efile with turbo tax?
I'm so frustrated with my taxes. I did them weeks ago on TurboTax, then realized I couldn't file til Feb. 14 because we itemized. So when I finally sat down to hit the 'submit' button it tells me it can't efile because I'm missing information. What information? It wants my employers state ID number. Which on my W2 is all 0's because florida doesn't have state taxes. So TurboTax tells me that unless I "correct" that number, I can't efile but I have to print it out and file by mail.
Argh. Did anyone else have that issue? I did end up printing and mailing it, but who knows who long it will take to get our refund now...
Re: anybody efile with turbo tax?
dangit! It even said that I could print and mail it in no problem but they couldn't efile it. So if it's ok to mail, then that means there's nothing wrong with it, right?
and it's ridiculous, I know, but one of the things really bothering me is that I didn't run into this problem until after I answered their little survery "how do we rank on a scale of 1-10?" I wish I could go back and change my answer!
