We got cable + internet last night and... the cable sucks! Its such a bummer. So many things went wrong. Cannot record 2 shows at once, no guide on the bedroom TV (wth, right?) and the DVR box is old and reeks of weed. Its a mess. Guess who I'm calling today?

For sure, Mer! I had to drive around looking for diesel last night ... and a liquor store. Ended up at the one on 41... next to this, that & the other.
I was in and out of there faaaaaaaaaaaaaast. I told my DH "you do NOT want to know where I bought the tequila!"

I HATE Comcast! I can't believe I waste so much emotion on them, but they have caused me so much grief.. and yet, I still use them. At least it is working for the moment..

Good morning. I've been up since 6:30 for no reason other than my neck/back hurt - but at least I made it through the night in the bed and didn't move to the recliner in the wee hours. I'm feeling a lot better today and am actually able to sit at the table with my laptop. Oh, MBP, how I missed you and your glorious 17" screen. No more HTML coding on the iPad to post!
We had a nice night last night. DH got us Longhorn's to go and we watched "You Again" which I enjoyed. I love Kristen Bell anyways.
DH cracked up at The Rock's line in the first 5 min - "bullies are emotional terrorists."
Though I am feeling better, I don't know WTF is up with some lower abdominal pain. The sudden stabs of pain remind me of the !@#$ cyst pain and so help me I am not in the mood to deal with this. That's it. I want a new body.
I have Direct TV and am not looking back!! Comcast's internet and cable always gave me issues on the weekends. H-E-L-L-O that's when I am home trying to watch my DVR, I don't need any phuckery during that time!!
Do you belong to Costco? They have great liquor prices. The Perimeter and Alpharetta locations both have liquor stores. Additionally their Tequila is THE SHITS!! You know I lurvs Tequila right? Another option is Total Wine and More, they also have wonderful liquor prices. Do you work in the burbs like me?
Finally, scary liquor places are cool as long as you see a police officer there and all the stuff isn't behind a bullet proof wall. However, I will freely admit to going to the Tower at Moreland and Memorial and almost running out of there when I witnessed someone shoplifting. The manager saw him shoplifting as well, I knew it wasn't going to end well.
We cannot get Direct TV in our complex. That was one of our 1st Q's! I'll call back today and demand some better service. SIGH. Its always a battle with them.
We don't belong to CostCo, but DHs BF does so we may have to go on a shopping excursion with him ASAP. I usually go to Total Wine @ Kennesaw but haven't made it there yet. We were having a mexican soup last night and I said "Hey, Let's have some margaritas too!" I'll have to get my hands on some Costco tequila. I grabbed 1800 last night and it put us both out by 10pm.
