I've seen posters at Borders for the Abs Diet book and got an email about trying it for free online for 30-days.
Has anyone heard of or looked into this?
I've never been a dieter, but I can't seem to get rid of the junk on my belly to reveal the fabulous abs that are under there. Haha.
If not, do you have any ab excercises you love?
Re: Abs Diet?
Ugh. Abs, or the lack of Abs, is my torture. I don't care how "thin" I get, I still don't have a toned tummy.
I'll be watching this post in hopes someone has a miracle out there!
I am in the same boat. Even when I am at my skinniest my tummy is gross! Miracles wanted!!!

I'm a strong believer that diet are just a temporary fix and you'll undo everything it gave you as soon as you go off of it.
Instead, I would try doing exercises - crunches, leg lifts, crunch n punch (do a crunch, punch with your right arm across ur body, then do another crunch and do the other arm), and reverse crunches (lie ony your back, legs out. bring them to your chest and bend them, then slowly put them back out straight parallel to the floor).
I've had issues with my tummy too, and I was being really good about doing ab exercises before the wedding and I saw definition. as soon as I stopped tho it all went away.
