Re: How many times a week
Right now, 4x a week.
I'd really like it to be 5x but it is hard because I have to go when Lucy can go to the nursery and since she is there 4x a week anyways I feel bad.
5.
Weights on Mondays/Fridays. Team Cardio on Wednesdays. Zumba on Thursdays/Saturdays.

This! but, I'm totally going tonight. I swear. Really! I'll take a picture to document it for proof!
Almost always 4, sometimes 5, every now and then 6, but that's pretty rare.
I'm on the higher end when I can run outside, so in another month I'll be a lot better about that.
ETA: 2-3 x a week lifting, 2-3 times a week doing cardio (1-2 days of intervals either running/elliptical/bike, 1 day tempo run)

I strive for at least 4x.
