As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. This child is killing my back..
My lower back is killing me.. Its like a shooting pain from the one side of my spine to my tailbone.. I think its from picking Rowan up all the time, not ever sitting down and Carson laying funny? Most of the time its a dull achy pain but some times the shooting pain catches me off guard and hurts really bad..
Any tips or suggestions?

Oh I never thought about prenatal yoga.. That must be amazing.
I have no other suggestions since i have no idea what it feels like... YET!! HA.. I would imagine a heating back could help.
