Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Rissotto Question
I know some of you make rissotto regularly, so I'm hoping you can help me. If I don't have arborio rice, can I use another kind? When I went to the store, they didn't have arborio, and I have a big bag of jasmine rice already. Will it just not be as creamy? Or will it totally flop?

It will be a different consistency. Jasmine doesn't absord liquid as well as the arborio, so it won't be as creamy.
Now I want risotto for dinner....
