Help me, please. I am not even hungry.
All was great until lunch. I started out with my jimmy dean d'light egg white/lf cheddar/ turkey sausage sandwich; had a fruit snack & chocolate milk for a morning snack. Then lunch.
Wednesdays are work brings stuff in days. I had:
Small piece of turkey breast (good), small scoop of mashed potatoes, small scoop of stuffing, small scoop of cranberry sauce, small amount of salad, 2 dinner rolls w/ butter, 2 cookies. FULL Plate
I'm feeling really guilty for my carb overload AND not working out today. I feel like I am making excuses to not work out (provided, today my lower back IS bothering me). I don't think I can even wear low heels anymore. It's hurting me a little. I mean, I used to wear 4" heels. Going down to 1 1/2-2" was a big step for me! But...not sure I can provided 2 days in a row, little back pain. At least I can't wear them all day...
Anyways, I digress. I also had a little reeses, another piece of chocolate, and a mini airhead today.
I think I need to down a V8 and a Fruit smoothie to counteract the crap. But all I want is more crap.
Put a muzzle on me, please and thank you.

I haven't been too bad today. Typical english muffin with PB on it this morning, then I went to Subway for lunch and got a turkey sub loaded w/veggies. Plus some chips. Although there are some thin mints in my freezer that are calling my name!
