I can't stop eating.

Help me, please. I am not even hungry.

All was great until lunch. I started out with my jimmy dean d'light egg white/lf cheddar/ turkey sausage sandwich; had a fruit snack & chocolate milk for a morning snack. Then  lunch.

Wednesdays are work brings stuff in days. I had:

Small piece of turkey breast (good), small scoop of mashed potatoes, small scoop of  stuffing, small scoop of cranberry sauce, small amount of salad, 2 dinner rolls w/ butter, 2 cookies. FULL Plate

I'm feeling really guilty for my carb overload AND not working out today. I feel like I am making excuses to not work out (provided, today my lower back IS bothering me). I don't think I can even wear low heels anymore. It's hurting me a little. I mean, I used to wear 4" heels. Going down to 1 1/2-2" was a big step for me! But...not sure I can provided 2 days in a row, little back pain. At least I can't wear them all day...

Anyways, I digress. I also had a little reeses, another piece of chocolate, and a mini airhead today.

I think I need to down a V8 and a Fruit smoothie to counteract the crap. But all I want is more crap. 

Put a muzzle on me, please and thank you.

    I haven't been too bad today. Typical english muffin with PB on it this morning, then I went to Subway for lunch and got a turkey sub loaded w/veggies. Plus some chips. Although there are some thin mints in my freezer that are calling my name!

  • Eh, don't be too hard on yourself.  I think I was like that at your point in pregnancy (2nd trimester for sure), couldn't stop eating.  Plus, you're really good most days on eating healthy and working out, you deserve a free day or two!

  • I ate more than you today and I'm not pregnant (I thank my lucky stars every single day for my calorie burning milk producers).

    Yes!  Don't beat yourself up over it.  Just start fresh tomorrow :) 

  • I had more sweets today than I usually have in a month (cake, pie, and lots of Oreos). I am hungry, though, and my rule is: eat what sounds good. That's a horrible rule to have! Then there are days when nothing will satisfy me short of a high calorie fast food cheeseburger. I'm not like this when I'm not pregnant. I'm not even a big fan of sweets. Just wanted them today. Oh well...
