Sooo DH and I found a house that we love 
We were really bummed about losing out on the other home we'd gotten attached to, but truth be told it required remodeling and updating that we just don't have time for in our lives right now. This one is completely move-in ready and requires no fixing up and the neighborhood is absolutely wonderful! We're putting in an offer and I'm super nervous because of what happened with our last experience. Vibes would be greatly appreciated!
