1. What song did you dance with your SO for the first time to? Let's Stay Together by Al Green. Pretty much the reason I was even remotely interested in him was his taste in music (I was just getting out of a serious relationship and wasn't looking to date anyone, obviously that worked out....)
2. What was the first movie you saw with your SO? On our first date we went to see Sin City but prior to that date I think we watched Wet Hot American Summer with my roomies. Interesting combo...
3. What was the first trip you took with your SO? I think it was to my Mom's for my younger brother's HS grad

)? On the front porch at my house during a party we were throwing for my BFF's birthday. It will be 6 years on February 26

1. What song did you dance with your SO for the first time to? honestly, no clue. i'm guessing some sort of college-y rap song since we met at his fraternity party (pimps 'n hoes night to be exact)
2. What was the first movie you saw with your SO? gosh...i have no clue. my H might know. i know we watched a lot of 24 back then bc it was his favorite show...but no clue on movie.
3. What was the first trip you took with your SO? when we got engaged in May (4 months after we met) I had a trip planned that weekend (coincidently) as a surprise so he could meet my mom (she lived there at the time).

2. What was the first movie you saw with your SO? Flight Plane. If you mean in the movie theater then it is also the only movie we've seen together in a movie theater.
3. What was the first trip you took with your SO? We had been dating for 4 months and rented a house out in Deep Creek MD with a bunch of his friends and their SO to go skiing. We got into a horrible fight that weekend (alcohol induced). It started b/c his friends where talking about liking the house so much that they wanted to book it again for the same time next year. I chimed in and said yeah it would be fun to come back next year. H said something to the effect of "what makes you think youll be around next year?". You can imagine how that didnt go over well with me. It ended up with me in the master bed room throwing stuff at him and saying if he doesnt think he will want me around next year then to let me know now. ahhhhhhh the drama!!

)? It was at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. It was like our 4th date and he had made no moves on me so I took matters into my own hands. Gotta love dark secluded corners in aquariums!!
5. What was your First Dance at your wedding song? The Power of Love by Celine Dion..... soooo his choice.
Bonus: Which song is "yours" as a couple? H would say Power of Love, I think thats a bit dramatic. I'm not really sure.

5. What was your First Dance at your wedding song? Jack Johnson - Do you remember. It isn't that "special" to either of us, but when we first started dating we listened to a lot of Jack. H actually told his brother about me and is like "she listens to Jack Johnson!" as if that is some great treat in a person. ha!
Bonus: Which song is "yours" as a couple? I suppose the one above. H also sings this song to me that goes to the tune of Oh My Darlin Clementine. It goes "Oh, my lovers, oh my lovers, I love you sooooo bad". I sing him the "Lovin you is easy cuz your beautiful song, but I say "Loving woo is easy cuz woo responsible" and yes, I sing the high pitched part and I'm an awful singer. haha - those two are probably more "our" songs.
This made me laugh for some reason. I can see H suggesting this song and you giving him the side eye.

My H is the most macho guys guy I have ever met, except he has this major weak spot for Celine Dion. It cracks me up b/c he can be pounding beers and talking smack at Raven's games. Then someone could come up to him and say who is your favorite artist and he would say Celine Dion with out even thinking about it.

We do it to see who can sing higher and lower, and who can keep a note longer and mostly to annoy SIL while she sleeps( when we were at my IL's).LOL Her room was next to the bathroom and it was just so funny to hear her scream "shut up already!" on Sunday mornings lol!

2. What was the first movie you saw with your SO? - a Tom Cruise movie that we went to the theatres to see but it was horrible and neither of remember it. We rarely ever go to the movies. Most recently we saw Couples Retreat at the Cinema-De-Lux.

crap i don't remember what it was called but it was one of two 40's/GI inspired songs that were out the summer of 98. i'm totally picturing the type of dance style and men in uniform, but i can't remember what it was called. it was apropos because he was in the navy at the time. it was the night we met because we met in a bar and there was dancing.

it was called blind something with val kilmer and i don't remember the name of the girl. it was a love story and he was blind. of course my H happily went at the time, never mind he wouldn't go to something like that now. talk about false advertising!!

that's hard because we met when i was on vacation, and then the next two times we saw each other was when he came to see me in colorado and i came to see him in maryland (so both trips for one of us). we probably went on an overnight to the inner harbor (baltimore) after those
