I'm working a really weard schedule this week... Monday, Wednesday, Saturday nights. I've never spaced my week out like this, and I have always worked at least 2 nights in a row. But it's kinda interesting. So far I don't mind it because I have been able to get to the gym and work out every day- for once!
I've been doing okay on the eating, too. Going out to dinner/out for girls night on Friday and DH offered to be our chauffer... should be interesting!
Uuuuugh.
Valentine's Day screwed me. H bought me a pound of chocolate from Sees and I pretty much ate the entire thing yesterday while he was at work. I also hadn't been to the gym for 5 days.
I went to the gym today and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and had a Light and Fit yogurt for breakfast.
Then chicken caesar salad for lunch and I'm still STARVING. I feel like I could eat and eat and eat and eat.
I have been bad for the last two weeks, when I weighed in for our work "Biggest Loser" on Monday- I gained four lbs! however I did start P90X on Friday, and I am due to get a visitor so hopefully that accounts for 2-3lbs of weight gain!
Since Friday I have been good with eating, and doing P90X religiously, since sunday I have been sick so I havent been eating much.. Lets hope by next monday I can weight in at least at my old weight!
My diet has been horrible
DH and I are staring P90x on Monday hopefully though so I can get back on the right track again! ugh..I wish eating more made you lose weight haha
My diet hasn't been great, but it hasn't been horrible either. Eating a few more veggies each day, so that's good.
Weather here is nice, so I've been able to walk outside, which I love doing. So being a little more active has made me at least feel healthier, even if it isn't doing too much on the weight front.

Last week I did terrible. I didn't go to the gym once. Didn't even weigh myself on Saturday because I didn't want to know. I went to the grocery store yesterday and bought ingredients for fruit smoothies and salads so I can eat a little healthier.
My work just actually surprised us all with a 4 day cruise to Mexico in April. DH gets to come too so I'd really like to get back into shape by then.

I just weighed myself this morning and I'm down a pound. I think it's all stress related. Work has been crazy and I feel wiped out- which means I didn't ride yesterday after all. Le sigh. Hope the pound stays off tho...
Since it's going to get warmer soon *fingers crossed* I will probably start a weekly running post soon! Just thought I would mention it.
I am still doing the "30 day Shred" I missed my workout yesterday, due to a business trip but plan on jumping back in tonight.
I have completed 10 days on level 1, and while I read that you are supposed to do each level for ten days I am going to finish this week on level one. My main reason is that I want this to be a life change, so I will take it slow and creat new habits.
As for eating, I am making better food choices but haven't got into the habit of counting calories. I agree sparkpeople.com is a great site! So many tools, advice, and a lot more.
