false advertising?
so i wrote in the firsts poll below about how our first movie was a love story (that movie with the blind man (val kilmer) and that chick) and how h went to it no problem and now... yeah. i'd be hard pressed to get him to go to something like that. what a little scam artist! oh and by the way, our second movie was how stella got her groove back! man i was dragging him to all the chick flicks back then!
anyway, is there any way in which your h acts differently now than when you first met him? like when he was on his best behavior? (well besides farting of course! i think we can all establish that they're a lot...er...looser in that area now)
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

one thing i can see that was a little bit false advertising...h would do more stuff with my family / friends for get togethers when we first started dating. now sometimes it's like pulling teeth for him to go to one of my family's functions. He's not that fond of my brother so that could be part of it....(stupid reasons behind it).
But he's gotten better about it lately...

ha - this just made me think of another one. He used to always say..."i'm not the type to send a bouquet of flowers"...."i'm more likely to stop on the side of the road and buy them or pick them myself for no special reason".
I call hogwash on that! Not once has he picked me flowers or stopped for them on the side of the road. LOL, I think about that whenever we pass those guys selling roses on the corner.
really can't complain, i've gotten flowers, just not the way he explained. i just think it's funny.

We were talking yesterday that we've both gotten really lazy on the romance. Need to step it up in the romantic department.
Other than that I can't really think of anything either! H does have WAY less hair, but I saw that one coming from the second I met him. He tried to hide it, but I wasn't buying that "advertising"!
FI was wild in college. He never did any school work and always seemed to be going to a party. That's one of the reasons it didn't work the first time, I thought he was too irresponsible.
Fast forward to now and he'd rather sit on the couch watching TV instead of going out. Even while I'm up there we won't really go out to a b ar or anything.
I'm glad hes mellowed out but I wasn't expecting for him to become an old man quite so soon!
He used to act more like a southern gentleman haha
Opening doors and making sure my needs were always met (not just in the bedroom for you dirty minds) and would call me angel, sweetie, baby etc.
And I think he used to compliment me more when I would actually look presentable haha
But now I think he's more random so I like that too...just different I guess because like two nights ago I got upset since I do a lot of stuff and have been doing this refinance thing all alone and yesterday he text me I just wanted to say that I really love you. So yah I guess in a way he has but also does some of that stuff just in different ways.
Oh I know one...he used to eat ANYTHING I made and now he's super picky!
I can think of a way that I false advertised.. not on purpose though. Obviously I am talking about frequency of sex.
Oh so true!!! That an I use to get "dressed up" for sex. Now he's just lucky to find that my legs have been shaved once the yoga pant come off!!!
That and the first 2 year we were together I made him a Naughty Christmas stocking for off funness. Not so much anymore.
H used to bring me flowers for dates and would do a lot of spontaeous romance. yeah....notsomuch anymore. but, to be fair, i false advertised in the sex department as well. totally unintentional on both sides.
thats really about it...H was kinda at his worst when i met him...so it only got better from there
