Third Person Thursday
Shelley doesn't want to be at work today. She has been up since 2am. She did doze a little between then and getting up at 6:03 but not much. If the Shelley had a back-up at work and the CFO from Corporate wasn't here she would have taken at least a half-day off to go home and sleep.
Shelley is also very worried about her sister and just wants to go home and cry over this whole thing. When her sister and her friend called the police they never thought it would be as big as it is... and it's still growing.
Shelley is hoping that her DH can find and fix the short in the oven that kept flipping the breaker last night. He took the day off to work on it. Shelley doesn't want to buy a new stove till the kitchen remodel that is at least 2 years away.
Shelley hinted to her DH this morning that if he did get the oven working that he should test is out by making cupcakes today.
Shelley's DH also sucks. As she was getting ready to go to work after barely sleeping, he was in the hot tub watching a movie. Shelley made it a point of telling her DH that he sucks.

Stacey is OVER the side effects of Clomid. Today, she has blurred vision. Stacey really hopes she gets pregnant this cycle so she can stop putting this sh!t in her body.
Stacey is so excited for Alicia and wishes she would make a new post detailing her BFP!
Stacey can't wait for the weekend. Her BFF is coming down from St. Louis so they can take their other BFF to lunch for a "baby shower" because friend didn't want a "shower". Stacey and her friends are going to lunch, then getting pedicures, then getting GiGi's cupcakes.
Stacey feels like a fatass because she hasn't worked out all week. She also feels like a fatass because she's bloated from the meds. She is a hormonal mess this week.

Jackie is super stressed. And sad.
Jackie's aunt who has cancer has gotten progressively worse. She's in the ICU and in a coma. Jackie's mom caught the first flight to St. Louis yesterday to be with her. Jackie understands, but this leaves her with nobody to watch Ryan so Jackie can go to school. Her DH's company is on a sick/vacation time freeze.
Jackie is extremely greatful for her BFF who is watching Ryan tomorrow so she CAN go to school!
Jackie is very glad that Ryan is currently taking a nap so she can take some time to decompress.
Jackie is jealous that Shelley has a hot tub!!!
Meg is happy she got the stupid stump out of her yard for $70 and they guy did it the same day she called.
Meg has super baby fever and wants a November Baby!!!! Owell it will happen when it happens..
Meg is starting her diet today and is finding it super hard not to steal her hubbies Reese Hearts..
Shaina didn't see Aleesh's BFP, what post is it in?
Shaina is very sad, she's not sure why. She hopes her IUD helps since she thinks some of it is the BCPs.
Shaina is skipping yoga to try v-day take 2 tonight. Shaina hopes this helps cheer her up.

Whitney is extremely curious and jealous of this chocoholic frolic that Tania speaks of.
Whitney is so tired of the people she works for crazy schedules. Tuesday the mom was supposed to come home after her 8AM room canal and Whitney was going to get to go home early. Nope, she went to the office and did not get home until 4. Not that Whitney minds working a full day but not when she has been told otherwise. Today the dad was supposed to leave for the office this morning. Instead he hung around until 1.
Whitney had to wait for the dad to leave to call and schedule her first OB appointment, and of course when she did they did not answer.

Dani cannot believe it's 70 degrees and sunny outside right now. Dani shut off the heat and has the balconey door wide open. Dani's kitties are outside rolling around and playing and loving the weather just as much as she is.
Dani is thrilled for Alicia.
Dani is excited to head to NYC this weekend for her best friend's wedding reception.
Brie is tired. She's had a along week and is more than ready for the three day weekend coming up. Brie wonders if anyone else gets Monday off.
Brie and Drew just started their bathroom renovation. Most of the demo was complete yesterday, and the guys are back at it today. Brie knows that she and Drew could have saved some money by doing more of the renovation themselves, but she recognizes that they have no clue what they're doing. So in the long run, hiring contractors was the best decision for the prjoect. Brie thinks the contractors are super sweet for playing with Loki during their breaks so that he doesn't have to be cooped up in his crate all day. They're so nice!

Teresa is happy because it is supposed to be about 50 today and tomorrow. But she is also sad because it is going to be back in the 30's on Sat with snow. Teresa should know better that this weather is just a tease and that spring is still a ways a way.
Teresa cannot wait to get her hair cut in a few weeks. She hasn't had it cut since March of 09... yes it's been 2 yrs. She is way over due for a haircut
Teresa is terrified of how much repairs are going to cost next week when she gets her car inspected. She wishes they could just buy a newer car, but it's just not in the budget yet... Hopefully next year.

Shelley has Monday off and is really looking forward to a 3-day weekend.
Shaina has a 4 day weekend and cannot wait to enjoy the weather! She has 2 spraypainting projects to hopefully do tomorrow. Shaina will also do some bathroom shopping tomorrow too, Shaina found a $800 showerhead she wants, but thinks that's a bit much, even if she does shower everyday.
