We found the perfect house..but..
If only I had a better job so we can afford it. I mean as of now we can afford it, but it would be tight and I don't want to put us in a position like that when we can probably find another house that we can afford and still live comfortably. I have been applying for teaching jobs just about everywhere but there are so many cuts being made. It's just depressing because I don't feel like I am ever going to get anywhere and am tired of living at my MIL's. Anyway, just wanted to check in and let ya know about the house hunt.

Re: We found the perfect house..but..
I'm sorry to hear this. I had no idea you guy were living with your MIL!
And incase you didn't see this from my post the other day....
Dylan, I would like to apologize for the tardiness of your gift from Brynn. Because I was so sick it didn't get mailed until Monday. She was very angry with me for not getting it out to you sooner and said that she hopes you can forgive me.
Dylan would like to tell you that it is ok and he forgives you. He totally understands and he hopes you are feeling better.
What a bummer Erin! Something will come along though and it's better to be in something you know you can afford than always worrying about making the payments.
I always said I wanted a house that will still allow me to do fun stuff with extra money. I didn't want a real high mortgage because I like toys and trips too much so I still wanted to be able to 'live'.
