Recipe Raves for Alicia!
I made Mini Red Velvet Cheesecakes on Tuesday night for a belated valentine's celebration. They are insanely delicious! Mine didn't come out all that red, because I didn't have the patience to squeeze out all that red coloring gel... but not a big deal. They ended up being regular ole Chocolate Cheesecakes which was fine by me and everyone else in the house! Thanks for sharing the recipe in last week's club posting 
I also made the Caesar Salad dressing that came from this website. Super easy, and also quite tasty! It made a lot, so we'll probably have caesar salad a few more times in the next week or so.
