recommend your food storage containers
looking for something microwave and dishwasher safe, bpa free and doesn't get food stain rings (like from storing spaghetti). If your food storage meets these qualifications please post a link. tia
Re: recommend your food storage containers
I have these and LOVE them:

They are made from really durable glass, so they don't break easily or stain. I use them in the freezer, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Disclaimer: I'm not sure if the lids are BPA free. I've seen some descriptions that say they are, but I'm not positive.
I only use the Lock & Lock storage containers, they are microwave and dishwasher safe and BPA free. They keep your food fresh and also have glass containers as well, if you don't want the plastic.
You can get them at BBB, QVC, Target, etc.

FYI: I'm sure you know this, but when microwaving, you wouldn't keep the lid on with any item
This is what we use:
http://www.amazon.com/Rubbermaid-Premier-Stain-Resistant-Piece/dp/B00418IJ1E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1297973196&sr=8-2
I've had mine for over a year and they still look brand new. I store all kinds of tomato products in them and they don't stain a bit. I also love that the lids lock together for storage.
We bought ours at Costco.

I second these. I got a round set at my bridal shower 5-1/2 years ago and loved them so much I had to get a square set from SamsClub. Both sets still look brand new to this day.

I have some lock & locks (plastic), and I have to admit they aren't pasta stain free. Also, do not microwave with them with lid on, even unlocked. I did this once the suction was so great that I finally asked a coworker to help me open it so I could eat. Other than those caveats though, I do like them.
