How do you clean your ears, and what do you clean them with? Do you wipe them out with a wet wipe? Use alcohol on a Q-tip? Towel them after your shower?
I currently Q-Tip a little on the inner part (not TOO far) and use face toner on a cotton ball to clean the outer areas. I never feel like my ears are REALLY clean between hairspray, being outside, and general ear wax. Ears are nasty.
Re: This is a weird question
Q-tip after a shower.
TMI: DH's ears are prone to wax buildup
So I have to use his otoscope, a hook thingy, Qtips and benzoyl peroxide on a regular basis on his ears. I'm talking like marble sized clumps of wax. Again...
He's had to go to the doctor before (as an adult!) to remove ear blockages due to his ears', um, disability.
Lizzy--you are a better woman than I am. My DH would be on his own for all that (or frequently seeing a dr). Ear wax = grossness
I read this last night before bed and then had dreams about earwax falling out of my ears.
I'm kind of obsessed with having clean ears. I usually get hot water in them in the shower and then q-tip when I get out. And q-tip once more in the day. I really want to try ear candling or those solutions that get rid of buildup.
